Duties
|
Register, index and file all birth, marriage and death records occurring in the county. Perform all duties related to vital statistics under Chapter 69 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Record real estate documents meeting recording requirements. File Subdivision Plats, Condominium Plats, Certified Survey Maps. Record, index and maintain military discharge records. Make and deliver certified and uncertified copies of official office records according to statutes. Collect all fees as required by statutes. Ref: SS 59.43
