Check over, correct and make changes to parcels as submitted by the assessors during Assessment Time for 52 Municipalities which breaks down to roughly 47,776 Real Estate Parcels and 2,369 Personal Property Parcels.

Update our GCS Program to reflect changes in ownership, boundaries, annexations, subdivisions and highways according the deeds recorded in the Register of Deeds office for each individual parcel described.

Coordinates printing of assessment rolls, work books and all related reports for assessors, local officials and the State.

Research ownership, boundary, tax-related questions and provides answers to assessors, realtors, attorneys, abstractors, appraisers, prospective landowners, lending institutions, general public, municipal clerks and treasurers, County staff, County Treasurer and State personnel.

Calculates and Prints all the Tax Bills for the County.

Reviews and maintains current information regarding new laws and regulations relating to the operation of the office.

Updates address changes as they occur and maintain physical addresses per 911 numbering system.
