Acts as secretary and official reporter for the County Board of Supervisors; acts as an agent of the State which includes conducting elections, issuing marriage licenses and hunting and fishing licenses; is responsible for keeping the accounts of all departments; retirement records; payroll records; insurance records; apportion taxes; supervised tax description service to local units of government.
